Using a Kettlebell or Dumbbell. Squat down with the weight on the floor, but in your hands, in front of you and curl the weight up to your chest. Push your legs and stand up and press the weight over your head. At this point bend your arms at the elbows till the weight is behind your head and press your arms up in an overhead tricep extension. Bring the weight back to your chest and squat down laying the weight in front of you. This in one repetition.
