Top Tip: Insulin is THE biggest problem we have today. It is connected to every other bodily problem in one way or another. To help fight it get your insulin resistance (IR) down by not eating as much. EVERY scrap of food in your mouth will spike Insulin and increase your IR. So cut out snacks, eat more heavily fats (to fill you up) and cut the carbs down to 100-150g per day. One more step would be Intermittent Fasting.
