Top Tip – For every gram of carbohydrate stored in the body as glycogen you will store upto 3 grams of water as well. Carbs used before being stored by the liver reduce this effect. So excessive carbs (starches & sugars) will bloat you making you feel not as tight. THIS water is what is released when you eat healthier and exercise. Any more than 2lb (1.5kg) list per week is mostly stored water and decreased insulin-resistance.
