Place a box or step down and put on foot either side of it. It needs to be low enough so you can straddle it. Keeping your core tight and your knees slightly bent push through your feet and leap off the ground bringing your feet together and to land on top of the box/ step with ALL of your feet touching. Now with a little bend of the knee thrust yourself up again and land back in the starting position for one repetition.
