Description
Have a line of steps or boxes. Alternate one straight on, the next turned 90 degrees. Continue to set theses out with two steps between each step/ box until the desired distance is reached. The object is to do the number of desired Straddle Box Jumps on the first, then run to the next and do the desired number of Box Jump Overs. Once you have completed the line you need to run back up to the starting position. This is one repetition.
