Standing tall with your arms at your sides with your abdominals tights. In a smooth movement, jump your legs out to the side and raise your arms above your head. Try and cross your hands, but remember to change which is the one in front. As you land jump back into the starting position reversing the direction of the exercise. This is one repetition.

    1. Hi there, Thanks for the comment. I am using WordPress. It is easy to set up, but you may need a number of plug-ins to help you get what you want. You do not need to know HTML, but it can help get the desired effect. WordPress can be a real pain sometimes, but if you look there may be a plug-in for it. Just don’t pay for plug-ins till you are sure you will use them regularly.
