EquipmentTwo cones for each player
Place two cones 5 meters/ 15 feet apart and in a high plank position walk sideways towards the opposite cone, spine around the other cone and come down the other side. Do for the time, or the number of laps. Remember to move in both directions. You will need a pair of cones for each player.
