Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, the dumbbells held in a neutral grip, a little like a deadlift or squat. Bend at the waist to a 45-degree angle with your arms at your sides. Keep your shoulders depressed and raise your arms out to the sides, squeezing the shoulders blades at the top of the movement for a second. Try NOT to use momentum.
