Workout: 2 Sets of 40/20 seconds
1, Triple Squats
2, Front & Reverse Lunge
3, High Knees
4, ‘L’ Raises
5, Triceps Kickback
6, Press and Swim
7, Reach Overs

Core: 2 Sets no rest
C1, Cross Ab Crunch x20
C2, Spider Kicks x20
C3, Glute Bridge x30
