1, Y Squat
2, Bridged Heel Walkouts
3, Prone Lateral Leg Lift
4, Fast Feet
5, Diagonal Overhead Lunge
6, Climb the Rigging
7, Raised Bicep Curls

Core: 2 Sets no rest
C1, Ab Crunches x20
C2, Leg Lifts x12
C3, Bicycle Crunches x20
