1, Bodyweight Squats
2, Reverse Lunge Twist
3, Dumbbell Punches
4, Alternating Shoulder Press
5, Plank to Stand
6, Chair Bicep Curl
7, Triceps Kick Back

Core: 2 Sets no rest
C1, Cross Punches
C2, Punch Downs
C3, Alternating Toe Touches
