4, Speed Skater Push Outs
5, Double Diagonals
6, Jazzy Side Raise Knee Raises
7, X Rows

Core: 2 Sets no rest

C1, Hip Kicks x20
C2, Glute Thrusts x20
C3, Hip Hulas x30each
