Step Aerobics & ABC Rower

Workout: 2 Sets of 40/20 seconds

1, Triple Squat
2, Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
3, Reverse Lunge Knee Raise
4, Glute Kickback
5, Reach Overs
6, Naked Speed Uppercuts
7, Angel Wings
8, ‘8’
9, Seated Reverse Crunch
10, Oblique Crunch
