2, Dumbbell Punches
3, Reverse Lunge Toe Touches
4, Side L Raises
5, Bum Kicks
6, Bent Over Reverse Flies
7, High Knees

Core: 2 Sets no rest
C1, Side Plank (One Side) x12
C2, Glute Bridge x25
C3, Side Plank (Other Side) x12
