1.1, Triple Squats
  cv, Jogging on the Spot/ High Knees
1.2, Side Lunge
  cv,  Jogging on the Spot/ High Knees
1.3, Front & Back Leg Raises
  rest

Section 2: 3 Sets of 45/20 seconds
2.1, Banded Chest Press/ Press Up
  cv, Speed Upper Cuts
2.2, Triceps Kickback
  cv, Speed Upper Cuts 
2.3, Bent Over Front Raises
  rest

Section 3: 2 or 3 Sets of 45/20 seconds, who knows I messed up. 😉
C1, Ab Crunch
  cv, Bicycle Crunch
C2, Glute Bridge
  cv,  Bicycle Crunch
C3, Penguin Crunch
