4, Opposed Force Row
5, Opposed Force Pulldowns
6, Triceps Kickbacks
7, Reach Overs

Core: 2 Sets no rest
C1, Hip Hulas x30ea
C2, Toes Touches x12
C3, Ab Crunches x20
