Workout: 3(Beginner/Alt. Warm Up)/ 5(Intermediate)/ 10(Advanced) Sets
1, Squatted Star Jumps x 12
2, Unilateral Plank Leg Pluses x 30each
3, Unilateral Planked Lateral Leg Kickout x 10each
4, Downward Dog Single Leg Squat Press x 8each
5, Downward Dog Single Calf Raise x 8each
