Hi all, for the 100th Canned Workouts we are going to have a class that can help show you progression. For this, you will need to download and print this PDF or draw a 12×6 grid.
In the grid right down in the first column:
- Left Blank for the date
- Body Weight Squats
- Low & High Banded Row (with room for how many bands and what weight/ colour they are)
- Press Ups (Room for Normal, Wall, Countertop or Kneeling versions)
- Reverse Crunch
- Raised Feet Glute Bridge (With room for how high is the step you have your feet on)
In the top row, except the first cell, right a 1-10 leveling the last one of “Sub-Total”. The sub-total column is where you can add up the number of repetitions done and get a score out of 100.
You can play this session again and again (commonly once, or bi-monthly) to see what you score out of 500. When you get to 500/500 you can then time yourself to see how fast you can do it. All you have to remember is to keep hydrated!
